This advanced steward training course teaches union representatives how to investigate workplace disputes, draft legally sound grievances, build strategic Requests for Information (RFIs), and preserve arbitration-ready records under the Railway Labor Act (RLA).
Learners will develop practical, real-world skills through progressive scenarios, drafting exercises, investigation workshops, and evolving case studies modeled on actual aviation labor disputes.
This course is designed for Union Stewards, Regional Stewards, Executive Board Members, and emerging leadership candidates who have completed introductory stewardship training.
